Motion Support is an Australian information technology company operating in Bangladesh offering a comprehensive array of IT services tailored to meet the diverse needs of businesses in the digital landscape.

We are looking for a Brand Planner to join our team to manage our client brands. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy marketer with strong analytical skills and the ability to plan campaigns across channels.

Role: Brand Planner
Position: Full-time (Sunday to Thursday)
Remuneration: 35,000 to 45,000 BDT
Location: Meem tower (4th floor), 104 Mirpur Rd, Dhanmondi, Dhaka

Responsibilities:

• Understand clients’ objectives and translate them into effective campaigns
• Analyze previous data and current market trends to identify opportunities for increased brand awareness and business growth
• Write creative briefs based on the industry standards, target market, and competitive landscape
• Carry out qualitative and quantitative research and analyze campaign performance data to provide recommendations for enhancing ongoing marketing campaigns
• Present campaigns and ideas to prospective and current clients that address their pain points.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or related fields
• 1-3 years of experience in Brand Strategy or Brand Planning
• Experience in developing creative briefs and planning brand strategies
• Proficiency with programs like Google Sheets, Docs, Slides etc.
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Work well as part of a team, with a wide range of people
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
